After spending a decade as a real estate investor, I decided to take my real estate interests to the next level in 2020 and obtained my REALTOR license. When I began my search for a brokerage Having a vast experience in real estate, a drive to help others, and a desire to become involved in my local community as well as Houston as a whole, I knew what I was looking for in a brokerage. Culture, integrity, and a strong support system for agents and clients were my top priorities. I began contacting friends and realtors I knew in the Houston area. One of my calls was to Rhonda Power with Boulevard Realty, who I’d known for almost 20 years. The information Rhonda provided, the more I learned about Boulevard and Bill Baldwin, the more Boulevard felt like the perfect fit for me.

Hire this man! We asked Brian to assist us with listing our home for rent and within the first week we had 4 qualified applicants. We signed a lease agreement after 2.5 weeks with it on the market. Brian understood what applicants were looking for in a crazy market (especially since he is a landlord himself) and provided us with the knowledge we were searching for in order to make the right decisions. He went above and beyond by staging and taking professional photos to help applicants envision their new home.
